Register for Classes

If you haven’t already, please visit the Mediumship Development Program or Other Workshops and Classes page to read the course descriptions, pre-requisites and prices.

There are four ways to register for courses offered by U.S.C.L. :

  • Click here to open a new window – then click on ‘Course Registration Form v01’ to save or print the course registration form.
  • Send an email to Please include your name, the title and start date of the course you’d like to attend, and the best phone number to use to reach you. We’ll reply with an email to let you know that we’ve received your request.
  • Call the church secretary at (513) 891 – 5424 and tell the nice person who answers that you’d like to reserve a space in an upcoming course. She’ll want to know the name of the course and the scheduled start date, so please have that information handy.

(Worse case / last minute scenario: If you’ve just found out about a course, or if time moved faster than you did and the course you’re interested in attending is today or tomorrow, please don’t despair; use either the email or phone option outlined above to let us know you’ll be attending. You may guarantee your spot in the course by registering and paying in full at the start of the first class. We’ll help you out even further by having registration forms on hand.)

  • Submit your request through the form found below.  It will be very helpful for us to have at least one way to contact you, so please include either an email address that you check two or three times a week, a phone number where you can be reached or both. All information provided is kept private. Nothing is sold, shared or given to anyone outside of the church. It will only be used by the Director of Education or the class instructor to contact you regarding class information or updates.

Mediumship Development

Please note: Submitting the form above (without payment) notifies the Director of Education of your interest and intent to register for a class. Your space in the course will not be guaranteed until we have received your registration fee payment, which is equal to one third of the class cost.  This fee will be applied to the cost of the class and is refundable if we receive a written notice no later than one week before the first class. The balance may be paid before or at the start of the class. You may:

*  bring a check or cash to the church during one of our services
*  or send it via PayPal using the forms/buttons above.  (If you choose to use PayPal, be aware that a fee has been added to the payment – labeled ‘shipping’ – to re-coup the portion of the funds that PayPal keeps for processing your transaction.)
